An en suite bathroom is directly connected to a single bedroom and is only accessible from inside that room, providing maximum privacy and convenience. A private bathroom is also for exclusive use by one or more bedrooms but is located outside the bedrooms, typically accessed from a hallway. The key difference is the location of the entrance: inside the bedroom for an ensuite versus outside the bedroom for a private one.
Your stay includes your luxurious suite, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healing teas, dedicated caregiver/concierge support, access to all common areas, and our signature amenities like recovery-optimized beds, in-room infused waters, and a serene, spa-like environment. Pick-up from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Pre-op appointment, one post-op appointment, and drop-off at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Every four nights of stay equals one lymphatic massage. Additional lymphatic massages, transfers from West Palm Beach or Miami airport are available as add-ons or are included in longer stay packages.
Before you confirm your booking with us, we require that your surgery date has been confirmed. A non-refundable 50% deposit of your stay is required to secure your booking so that we can secure all other amenties, like meals, transportation, masseuse, etc. Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled check-in will result in forfeiture of the full cost of your stay.
Our Comfort Concierge team provides non-medical, hands-on assistance to make your recovery seamless and stress-free. This includes medication reminders, gentle assistance with mobility (walking, getting in/out of bed), help with dressing, and attending to your personal comfort needs around the clock.
Our core services are provided by expert, non-medical caregivers and concierges focused on your comfort and support. For services that must be performed by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), we can arrange a visit for an additional fee. In any medical emergency, we will contact your surgeon and call 911.
Absolutely. You will be able to choose from a variety of chicken, fish, beef, or vegetarian anti-inflammatory meals designed to support healing. We will coordinate with you before your arrival to accommodate all dietary preferences and allergies.
