What are the check-in and check-out times at Aesthetic Aftercare Suites?

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Do you offer late check-out at Aesthetic Aftercare Suites?

Subject to availability, there is a late check-out fee. Please check with your comfort concierge.

What is the difference between a private bathroom and an en suite?

An en suite bathroom is directly connected to a single bedroom and is only accessible from inside that room, providing maximum privacy and convenience. A private bathroom is also for exclusive use by one or more bedrooms but is located outside the bedrooms, typically accessed from a hallway. The key difference is the location of the entrance: inside the bedroom for an en suite versus outside the bedroom for a private one.

What kind of support does the "Comfort Concierge" provide?

Our Comfort Concierge team provides non-medical, hands-on assistance to make your recovery seamless and stress-free. What is your cancellation policy?

Before you confirm your booking with us, we require that your surgery date has been confirmed. A non-refundable 50% deposit of your stay is required to secure your booking so that we can secure all other amenities, like meals, transportation, masseuse, etc. Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled check-in will result in forfeiture of the full cost of your stay. Early departure will also result in the forfeiture of the full cost of your stay, and other confirmed amenities such as transportation and massages.

Is a nurse on staff?

Our core services are provided by expert, non-medical caregivers and concierges focused on your comfort and support. For services that must be performed by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), we can arrange a visit for an additional fee. In any medical emergency, we will contact your surgeon and call 911.

Can I choose my meals?

Absolutely. You will be able to choose from a variety of chicken, fish, or beef anti-inflammatory meals designed to support healing. If you have special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, diabetic, vegan, etc we will coordinate with you before your arrival to accommodate all dietary preferences and allergies.

What should I bring with me?

Any necessary paperwork or forms, like those you've been asked to sign beforehand
The name and phone number of the person who will drive you home (When you book with us we will provide that information in your Confirmation Letter.)

Over-the-counter pain relief (like Tylenol, if approved by your surgeon)
Any medical supplies recommended by your surgeon, such as gauze, tape, or bandages

How does transportation work?

We include coordination for transportation to and from your surgical appointment. We also offer à la carte private car service for airport transfers if you do not fly into Fort Lauderdale or Miami airport, or for other trips, for a seamless door-to-door experience.
